Description
COLEN was responsible for the complete restoration of the Vaartkom mill and its silos in Leuven, with the building now converted into an apartment block with shops.
We were responsible for the whole conversion, from the restoration of the facades and roofs to the finishing work, interior walls and plastering. After stabilising and securing the building, we replaced – in phases – the entire floor structure in order to ensure the building’s stability.
