SOCATRA has signed a new contract: construction for Pandox on the expansion of the famous Art Nouveau hotel “Le Palace”, renamed the “DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City”, located at Place Rogier in Brussels (in JV with Denys). This impressive expansion project not only includes nearly 150 rooms, but also a street-level commercial space, a “ballroom” spanning more than 600 m², 4 conference rooms, a fitness area and a suspended rooftop garden of 400 m².
This magnificent hotel project will meet all the requirements of the BREEAM standard and will stand as a major technical feat through its location partially covering the Brussels metro lines.
The project design was entrusted to the Milan-based architecture firm Onistestudio, Piovenefabi in partnership with the Belgian firm Bureau Bouwtechniek NV.
